Minimum Requirements:

Must love working with children
-
USASF Green Light required
-
Must be available to work evenings and some weekends
-
Prior experience teaching tumbling, cheerleading, or gymnastics
-
Passion for athlete development, teamwork, and positive coaching.

Ability to manage small groups or classes
-
Attend all staff meetings and trainings
-
Strong communication skills with both athletes and parents

ALL STAR
COACH
-
Lead practices for assigned All-Star teams (Half Year, Tiny Novice, Prep, or Elite).
-
Ensure athletes are meeting level-specific skills through coaching or referrals.
-
Run high-quality, results-driven practices aimed at competitive success.
-
Retain 90%+ of assigned team athletes each month.
-
Contribute to company goals through athlete retention, private lessons, clinics, and upselling.

Attend scheduled competitions
-
Maintain a clean and organized gym space before and after classes.
-
Communicate regularly and positively with parents and athletes.
-
Submit accurate class attendance and injury reports.
-
Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
TUMBLING COACH
-
Teach assigned tumbling, jump, flexibility, or specialty classes.
-
Follow and implement program progressions for skill development.
-
Convert trial athletes into enrolled participants and grow class attendance.
-
Support retention through effective and engaging classes.
-
Provide quarterly athlete evaluations for skill tracking.
-
Maintain a clean and organized gym space before and after classes.
-
Communicate regularly and positively with parents and athletes.
-
Submit accurate class attendance and injury reports.

Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
BIRTHDAY
PARTY HOST

Greet and direct all kids and families

Set up party decor

Clean up inbetween each party

Lend a hand where needed
